The Talent2 HRIS offers comprehensive functionality in the crucial area of occupational health and safety. It manages:

• Recording and reporting of accidents and incidents (and complies with the Australian Standard AS-1885 for identification of body parts and injuries)
• Workers’ compensation, including fraud detection
• Approved Medical Practitioners/AMA schedule of fees and rehabilitation.

Through the Web Self Service, both managers and employees have access to incident and injury reports online. To protect the integrity of such information, the service can be set so only approved employees are sent details.

Through the Web Self Service, the Occupational Health and Safety module enables employees and managers to keep track of incidents and injuries online.

The Occupational Health and Safety module complies with the Standards Association of Australia and the National Safety Council of Australia.
